Meredith Shaw is a celebrated broadcaster, style expert, and advocate known for championing confidence, body positivity, and inclusivity. A former Breakfast Television co-host, she’s also a fashion campaign star, runway regular, and now designer, using her platform to empower all bodies and reshape beauty standards in media and fashion.

Susan Keiko Langdon
CEO/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Susan Keiko Langdon, C.M., is a celebrated TMU Fashion Design alumna and the first racialized woman to lead a major Canadian fashion organization. A Member of the Order of Canada, she’s an award-winning designer, global fashion consultant, and TMU lecturer, recognized for advancing fashion, entrepreneurship, and cultural impact worldwide.

Dr. Low Heng Yee
HEAD OF ENGINEERING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PILLAR
Hong Yee, a polymer science expert, joined SUTD in 2013 after 13 years at A*STAR’s IMRE. She has 100+ publications, 25 patents, and led a major nanoimprinting consortium. Her current research includes digital knitting, smart surfaces, and machine learning for materials and carbon capture.
Mentorship Program for Finalists
Two one-hour, one-on-one mentorship sessions tailored to each participant's needs, focusing on feedback, idea development, and iterative improvement. These sessions provide personalized guidance to help participants refine their inclusive design concepts and enhance their presentation skills.
